RETURN POLICY

To return any items that are discovered damaged or not as per your original order or the size does not fit properly, please contact customer service by email at care@fashionandlingerie.com. However, panties will not be exchanged by fashionandlingerie.com in any cases except if the product is discovered damaged or not as per your original order.

The company shall decide whether the Product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you. All defective Products which are not as per order must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number. Please note that Products shall be in a saleable condition, unused with the product tags, correct and same brand products shall be sent through a proper packaging to us.

Please allow 7 days from the day we receive the product for your request to be processed. You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Some special rules for promotional offers may override this Policy. In all the cases, company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on you.

Customer can return the product 7 days from the day the order is delivered. All items must be in sealed packages or unused and no returned merchandise will be accepted unless it is unused, and in resell able condition. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie we cannot accept return of panties or worn or washed garments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellations:

Order cancellations will only be accepted before the order has been dispatched. No cancellations will be processed once the order is in transit status.

Cancellation by Fashionandlingerie.com :

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the amount shall be credited to your bank account from which the payment was made and in case of payment made by cash, you shall have an option to avail in store credit in your registered account or the amount shall be credited to your bank account after the bank accounts details are provided by you to us through email.

Cancellations by the Customer :

In case of requests for order cancellations, Fashionandlingerie.com reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and the amount shall be credited to your bank account from which the payment was made and in case of payment made by cash, you shall have an option to avail in store credit in your registered account or the amount shall be credited to your bank account after the bank accounts details are provided by you to us through email. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Fashionandlingerie.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Fashionandlingerie.com and accept it’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions :

Fashionandlingerie.com reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the site fraudulently. Fashionandlingerie.com reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Internet Banking/UPI/Credit/Debit Card Details :

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit/debit/upi/internet banking details provided by you for availing of services on Fashionandlingerie.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the personal details which is not lawfully owned by you. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct details to Fashionandlingerie.com. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Fashionandlingerie.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Fashionandlingerie.com will not be liable for any upi/credit/debit card/internet banking fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

REFUND POLICY

Refund shall be given in case of return of products in case of defective products/products not as per the original order or non-processing of order due to technical errors or cancellation of order.

Refund link will be initiated and you can click on the link to redeem the same in your bank accounts for any queries you can contact to care@fashionandlingerie.com.

Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 working days from the day we receive the products in their original condition along with tags, following the quality check process

In the event of returning an incorrect item/product that does not match the originally delivered item/product, a charge of Rs. 300/- will be deducted to cover shipping and handling expenses.

Complimentary product:

Only one complimentary (free) product is allowed per order. In the event that additional complimentary products (free items) are mistakenly added to an order due to a technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the customer.

If any complimentary product(s) are included in the order, the entire product order must be returned for a refund; otherwise, the MRP of the complimentary product will be deducted from the refund amount.
