SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing and shipping :

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours and is expected to be delivered within 3-10 business days.

Purchases are shipped from our own store. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment. Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier or logistics companies usually between 9am – 5pm Monday – Saturday. Products will need to be signed for upon delivery and acknowledgement shall be the conclusive evidence that the Products are delivered. We take no responsibility for acknowledgement signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and email us the details of order via email to care@fashionandlingerie.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you within 7 days of receipt of product. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon FashionandLingerie.com’s shipment to the shipping carrier.

Any query related to short quantity shipment/shipment tampered/ Product damage or any other issue related to shipment delivered should be raised within 24 hours from the time of Delivery. Any query raised after the TAT wont be resolved.

Order Tracking and Delivery:

You can track your order on our website and shipping details will be provided to you, so that you can track your order at courier partners site also for live tracking.

Delivery Charges:

The Shipping of the products will be free for prepaid orders as per details mentioned on product page or Cart page or any running offers.In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts FashionandLingerie.com reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion and in store credit shall be given to the customer after deducting shipping charges(including return shipping charges).
