Do I need to register for shopping at the website?
No, You can shop as a guest, if you do not want to register on this website. However, we strongly recommend that you should register on our website as it makes you checkout faster and allows you to track your orders and save cart for your future purchase and provides a Better shopping Experience.
Can I edit my personal details?
You can edit your personal details , billing and shipping addresses through My Account Dashboard after logging in.
I don’t remember my password ?
You can click forgot password link provided at My Account login page. Password will be sent to you at your registered email address. You should change password once you login for added security.

How to track the status of my order?
All registered users can check the status of the order by clicking My account located at the bottom of the website. Login in and select tracking status from “MyAccount Dashboard” .
Where do you deliver within India?
We deliver products all over India. If no courier service available in your city, we will not be able to deliver items. Inconvenience regretted.
Do you deliver International Orders?
Currently we do not take international orders. Hope to provide international shipping in near future. All such orders (international, if received any) will be refunded.
Do I need to pay shipping delivery charges?
You have to pay shipping charges depending upon total order value. Free shipping is offered above certain threshold visible on product page.

Do I need to pay for the return shipment if I return my order?
Yes.
Are there certain products which are not eligible for return?
Yes, you will not be able to return underwear products due to hygiene issues.

No, currently we do not offer COD.
